As an Account Manager you will be responsible for proactively generating, understanding, anticipating and delivering leading edge solutions to your existing client base.
You will also be responsible for:
Managing existing and potential client relationships including cross selling and upselling to maximise business opportunities
Providing leading edge IT proposals and managing and maximising the opportunities pipeline from specification to delivery.
Scheduling and leading meetings with existing customers to report on performance, gain feedback and to investigate their current and future IT needs in order to maximise business opportunity and provide a strategy for their business.
Plan, schedule and attend networking events for current and potential clients in order to build relationships and promote company products and services.
Seek out potential clients using a variety of methods, schedule and chair meetings.To be considered as a Account Manager, you should have recent experience of working in an account management or service delivery role ideally in the IT sector or similar and good general knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. You must also have minimum grade C GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) and a current driving licence.
